The Kangaroo Valley Community Consultative Body is informing the community that Moss Vale Road Barrengarry will be temporarily closed for three nights while work is done on Hampden Bridge for two nights. Cambewarra Road will remain open with traffic lights in place. The community has requested clarification about the closure of Cambewarra Road during this period.

Hi KV Community,
Please find attached a flyer from Transport for NSW regarding a temporary closure of Moss Vale Road Barrengarry.
The road will be closed from 8pm to 4am on Sunday 4 August to Tuesday 6 August 2024.
They have said that Cambewarra will be open “under the current stop/slow traffic arrangement currently in place”. We have asked for confirmation that this means the nightly closure of Cambewarra will be paused over this period. We will let you know when we hear back.
